RICS Condition Report:
The RICS Condition Report, also known as a Level 1 Survey, is our most basic property survey. It provides an objective assessment of the property's general condition.
RICS Homebuyer Report:
A survey report, also known as a Level 2 Survey, is advised for most standard properties built after 1900 that have not been heavily altered, extended, or converted, and that are in generally good condition.
RICS Building Survey:
